PremierOne Home Inspections, LLC is a certified and E&O insured, family-owned business in Colorado Springs. We provide thorough inspections with our highly experienced and knowledgeable staff of home inspectors, who have had previous careers as electricians, contractors, and foundation experts. Each member of our hardworking team are certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), which has very stringent requirements.

PJ Neal
Co-Owner & Manager
PJ is the co-owner of PremierOne, an InterNACHI certified home inspector and has been performing inspections for years. He oversees the daily operations of the company and is a professionally trained sewer scope technician. He also holds certifications to perform thermal imaging, mold testing and well flow testing. You will see him running around town most days performing these specialty services.
When not busy with work, PJ enjoys spending time with his family, playing cards with friends and finding a good whiskey.

Dave is the founder of PremierOne and has performed thousands of inspections for over a decade. His vast knowledge of homes and ability to present defects found in a home in a concise and sensible manner is the reason for he company’s growth over the years. His influence echoes throughout the company.
In Dave’s free time he enjoys traveling, camping and spending time with his family.
Ken Key
Ken’s is an InterNachi Certified Inspector with a background is in architectural drafting. He has decades of commercial building repair and maintenance experience, making him very familiar with the inner workings of homes and buildings. He has performed hundreds of inspections for PremierOne over the years.
On his own time, Ken enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping and fishing. He also loves traveling to see other parts of the country, especially somewhere with an ocean!
Eric Fedastion
Eric is an InterNachi Certified Home Inspector with a background as a foundation specialist helping identify and make repairs to foundations and he has performed inspection with PremierOne for years. This experience combined with his attention to detail make him a great addition to our team and an excellent choice for homes that may have structural concerns.
When Eric is not busy inspecting you can find him spending time with friends and family, working on cars and enjoying the outdoors.
Shaun Dolley
Shaun’s background as a licensed electrician and knowledge about homes has been invaluable to our team and home buyers. He also performs many of our specialty services like sewer scopes, wood destroying organisms inspection and mold testing. You can be sure every home Shaun looks at is getting a very thorough inspection and he is an excellent option for any homes that have concerns with the electrical work.

Lisa is one of the owners of PremierOne and handles most of the behind the scenes work and daily running of the business. She has a passion for the company and providing the best experience possible for all of our clients and Realtors who put their trust in us. She continuously looks for ways to better the company.
Outside of work Lisa loves spending time with family & friends, especially with her husband and 3 kids, traveling, camping, binge watching Netflix and finding a good book.
Allison Osborne
Allison is our full time client care coordinator and the friendly voice on the phone that you will hear most often when you call in to our office. She has a gift for customer service and organization making the entire experience a breeze.
When Allison isn’t busy working, you’ll find her cooking up a new recipe or enjoying the beautiful outdoors of Colorado!
Susanne McCall
Susanne has worked for years in the Real Estate community and brings that expertise over to our company. When calling our office, you’ll hear her voice often and experience her top notch customer service skills during some of our busiest times.
When Susanne isn’t working, she’s at her happiest spending time with her large crazy family, or hiding away somewhere with a good book.
